- Reliable transportation and punctuality between 8:30AM–4PM, with no scheduling accommodations available.

- Strong classroom and behavioral management skills.
- Comfort and adaptability working in an urban setting.
- Familiarity with state and district curriculum standards and assessments.
- Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the screening process.
