California Requirements:
Candidates must possess a valid California Physical Therapy License issued by the Physical Therapy Board of California. A degree from a CAPTE-accredited PT program is required. Background clearance, TB test, and fingerprinting are required for school-based employment.
Make a meaningful impact in Mendota, CA by delivering full-time Physical Therapy services to students across K12 grade levels. Your work will help students overcome physical challenges and support their ability to participate fully in their educational experience.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate students motor development and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct PT services and document progress aligned with IEP goals.
Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to implement strategies in daily routines.
Support physical accessibility and safe movement throughout the school environment.
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and service planning.
