Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to a student in a school setting. This role follows the academic calendar, offering excellent work-life balance.

Location: Granite Falls, WA

Employment Type: Full Time (Monday - Friday), Contract

Tentative Dates: September 2, 2026 - June 11, 2027

Caseload:
• 1 student entering 3rd grade for the 2026-2027 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support and implement behavior intervention plans

• Support the student’s academic, social, and behavioral goals throughout the school day

• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

• Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active RBT Certification (required)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work consistently with students requiring behavioral support
