Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- RBT certification or completion of RBT initial training course preferred
- Significant classroom experience working closely with students with intensive behavioral challenges, preferably in a K-12 setting
- Ability to travel between schools as a floater, adapting quickly to new environments
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with educators, staff, and students
- Capacity to implement behavioral strategies and support interventions effectively
- Current, valid CDE license required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct onsite behavioral support to K-12 students across multiple schools
- Assist teachers and support staff in developing and implementing behavioral strategies
- Document progress and respond to student needs with flexibility and professionalism
