Pay: $23.00 – $27.00/hr (based on experience & certification)

What You’ll Do

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
• Collect simple data to track progress
• Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain (support provided)
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
