What You’ll Do
- Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
- Collect simple data to track progress
- Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
- RBT certification
- Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
