Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification in the state of Delaware (must be attached with resume for consideration)
- Proven expertise supporting K-12 students with diverse behavioral needs
- Strong background in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Comfortable facilitating interviews and working in a professional, team-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary BCBA for 2-3 assigned school sites throughout the academic year
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention strategies tailored to individual students
- Supervise and mentor paraprofessionals, including conducting on-site interviews as needed
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
- Keep thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and ethical standards
