Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Wilmington, DE

Make a meaningful impact supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity is based near Wilmington, DE, providing both the variety of working across multiple school sites and the stability of a consistent schedule. You’ll collaborate closely with educational teams and help shape positive behavioral outcomes that foster student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification in the state of Delaware (must be attached with resume for consideration)
• Proven expertise supporting K-12 students with diverse behavioral needs
• Strong background in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
• Comfortable facilitating interviews and working in a professional, team-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary BCBA for 2-3 assigned school sites throughout the academic year
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention strategies tailored to individual students
• Supervise and mentor paraprofessionals, including conducting on-site interviews as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
• Keep thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and ethical standards

By taking on this assignment, you’ll help build positive school climates while developing lasting professional relationships. You’ll work Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week, through the entire school year—providing vital expertise where it matters most.
