Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue through suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to sanitation protocols.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
• Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
