FP&A Manager | Dallas, TX
A leading, technology-driven organization is looking for an FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role, partnering with senior executives to drive strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-site business.
You'll lead a team of three FP&A professionals while helping modernize reporting, forecasting, and financial planning processes through automation and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting cycles.
- Manage and develop a team of three finance professionals.
- Partner with operational and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis, KPI reporting, and executive-level presentations.
- Drive process improvements and automation across the FP&A function.
- Support capital investment decisions, strategic initiatives, and M&A activity.
- Build financial models and business cases to support commercial decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- Background in Big 4 or a strong corporate FP&A environment preferred.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and the C-suite.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using enterprise planning systems (OneStream experience is highly desirable).
- SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or automation experience is advantageous.
