Blayze Group is partnering with a respected North Texas development and construction business to identify a Project Manager to support the delivery of hospitality and commercial projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, established relationships within the construction community, and experience managing projects from planning through completion. This role requires a combination of construction expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Candidates may come from a developer, general contractor, or real estate background and should have a proven track record delivering projects within the DFW region.
The Role
• Manage hospitality and commercial construction projects from early planning through closeout
• Support project delivery across development, preconstruction, procurement, construction, and completion phases
• Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement tracking, cost control, and project reporting
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain strong oversight of field operations, quality, schedule performance, and construction execution
• Provide leadership across project teams and ensure accountability throughout the delivery process
• Support subcontractor engagement, scope review, pricing analysis, change order management, and risk mitigation
• Maintain a strong understanding of local market pricing, trade capacity, vendor relationships, and subcontractor performance
• Represent the business professionally in meetings with senior leadership, ownership groups, investors, consultants, and external partners
• Mentor, develop, and support emerging talent within the organization
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across the Dallas Fort Worth construction and development community
Background Sought
• 7 years of project management experience within construction, development, or real estate project delivery
• Strong experience delivering hospitality, commercial, mixed use, multifamily, or complex development projects
• Experience working for a respected general contractor, developer, real estate organization, or construction focused business
• Strong knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth construction market is highly preferred
• Established relationships with local subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and industry stakeholders
• Strong understanding of construction pricing, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning and preconstruction through final completion
• Field based construction experience is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership, investors, ownership groups, and Board level stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring, developing, and managing project teams
• Stable career history with reputable organizations preferred
• Strong industry reputation with references that can validate project delivery, leadership, and market credibility
