Work under limited supervision supporting the recruitment function of the Talent Acquisition team by providing coordination and administrative support for the pre-employment and onboarding processes. Strong collaboration with extended human resources team, hiring leaders, recruiters, business units and vendors on pre-employment procedures including not limited to running drug/alcohol testing and background checks, motor vehicle report (MVR), data management, and consistent communication throughout the pre-boarding to onboarding process. Facilitate the onboarding process for all company positions. Exhibiting and teaching the Blattner purpose, basics, and values to ensure successful integration into the organization. STEP INTO THE ROLE
- Maintain a high level of customer service to each and every new hire as they pre-board and on-board with Blattner.
- Follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state, and federal employment laws; and ensures all candidates have completed online application, assessment testing, pre-employment physical/drug test and background checks, motor vehicle report (MVR) and form I9 via I9 vendor.
- Ensure provisioning is complete, including but not limited to IT and hiring manager, equipment and system access.
- Conduct criminal background checks and apply relevant policies and procedures toward making eligibility determination. Escalate as necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of office related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Human resources experience.
- Workday Experience preferred.
- Service Now or other ticketing system experience preferred.
