What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner position at AltimateMedical?
Brief Description
Build the team. Build the system. Help change lives.
At Altimate Medical, we design and manufacture innovative medical equipment that supports people living with disabilities in the complex rehabilitation space. Our products help individuals stand taller, move better, and live more independently. And we’re growing!
We operate by three commitments: Build Trust. Deliver Results with Passion. Invest for Good. These are not slogans--they guide how we design products, partner with customers, and develop our people.
We are seeking a hybrid-role Talent Acquisition Partner who is motivated by purpose and energized by building. This role is not just about filling jobs. It is about designing and scaling a hiring function that brings exceptional people into mission-driven work and meet our growth objectives.
In 2026, we are maturing our talent infrastructure, including implementing SuitePeople ATS 360 in Q2. We need an experienced recruiting professional who can architect high-quality processes, leverage AI responsibly, elevate our employer brand, source effectively, and create a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
If you want to help build the system while building the team and directly impact the lives of people with disabilities, this role is for you.
The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Partner will own and elevate the end-to-end recruiting strategy across a variety of hourly and professional roles for four US locations. You will operate as a business partner, systems builder, and process optimizer.
Success Will Be Measured By

We also provide a health savings account with company match, a retirement plan with employer contributions through Vanguard, and access to the Granite Assistance Fund for support when it’s needed most. We value time for rest and personal growth, offering generous paid time off, including volunteer time off and paid holidays, and are part of a wonderful, purpose driven, buy and hold, ownership group--Granite Partners--based in the St. Cloud, MN area.
