Prep Cook — Crescendo
Crescendo is looking for a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a scratch kitchen focused on quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and creating an environment where the team works together to execute at a high level.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, consistency, and being part of a kitchen that values craftsmanship and teamwork over shortcuts.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and components from scratch
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support line cooks and chefs with daily prep and service needs
- Follow recipes and systems with attention to detail
- Help maintain a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
