Crescendo is a restaurant and music venue built on California freshness, New York flavor, and North Carolina familiarity. Our kitchen is ingredient-driven and hands-on, with a strong focus on fresh products, scratch cooking, and house-made components. We’re looking for Line Cooks who take pride in their craft, work well under pressure, and want to be part of a thoughtful, quality-focused kitchen.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items using fresh ingredients and scratch techniques
• Work assigned stations efficiently during service (sauté, grill, fry, prep, etc.)
• Follow standardized recipes, prep lists, and plating guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Assist with prep, stocking, and daily kitchen organization
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients and learning new techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and peak shifts
• 2 years of line cook experience required
