Chiropractic Assistant

Blaine Family Chiropractic is searching to add to our team of energetic, motivated, and passionate health leaders. We are searching for someone who shares a passion for health and helping their community. The receptionist position will include front office tasks as well assistance to the Chiropractors and Therapists. This position will be full time and require knowledge of two clinic locations (Blaine Family Chiropractic & Anoka Family Wellness). The Chiropractic Assistants schedule would be Monday & Wednesday 3:30 - 7:30pm.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors with an upbeat personality
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Creating a positive environment for clients
Coordinating events as necessary.
Assisting team members
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Qualifications

• Medical administrative support experience
• Proficiency in EHR systems such as Epic and Meditech
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT coding
• Experience with patient service and front desk operations
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
