Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant based in Minneapolis, MN. The Chiropractic Assistant will assist with daily operations, provide excellent customer service, handle appointment scheduling, perform receptionist duties, help intiate drug screenings and ensure smooth office workflows. The role includes managing phone communications, welcoming patients, and supporting the chiropractor in delivering quality care.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff
- Professional phone etiquette for managing patient inquiries and scheduling
- Experience with appointment scheduling and receptionist duties to manage office operations
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in healthcare support are beneficial
- Puntuality and reliabke transportation mandatory
- Pay is from $15-20 an hour depending on experience
