JOB DUTIES
- Log and allocate work to engineers, working in a fast paced environment.
- Following up on quotations, purchase orders, jobs & queries on a computer-based system.
- Check job sheets including labour, materials & sub- contractor costs, raise purchase orders for sub-contractors on reactive work for call-outs.
- Processing orders, quotes and invoicing.
- Answering calls and general administration jobs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Suit someone with previous experience working in a similar Administration job.
Excellent IT knowledge and strong administration skills.
Able to handle pressure and have the ability to work at a fast pace.
Be extremely well spoken.

The Administration job is based near Cowley, Oxford.
