Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply high-quality paint coatings using brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, and power tools on interior and exterior surfaces.
- Perform restoration work on aged or damaged surfaces, including masonry, concrete finishing, and masonry repairs.
- Maintain safety protocols on construction sites while operating hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and scaffolding.
Qualifications
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and scaffolding setup.
