Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship. This role requires the ability to climb ladders. Will train If needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; perform minor repairs as necessary.
Requirements
- Attendance; ability to arrive on time to work
- Experience is preferred, but will train.
- Ability to lift equipment, such as sprayers, ladders, etc.
- Strong skills in maintaining tools and equipment used for painting tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills, an ability to listen and follow instruction and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
