We are seeking a driven, personable, and resilient Outbound Intake Specialist to join our high-performing intake team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical part in connecting individuals with the legal representation they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Qualify potential cases based on intake criteria and firm guidelines
- Build rapport quickly and navigate sensitive conversations with care and confidence
- Handle objections effectively and maintain composure under pressure
- Accurately document call outcomes and client information in the CRM system (Filevine)
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Collaborate with intake management and the vetting team to ensure smooth case handoffs
- Follow up diligently with leads and maintain an organized pipeline

Preferred Qualifications
