Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Create and prioritize work orders aligned with production schedules
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
- Manage spare parts inventory, purchasing, and material staging
- Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement
- Adjust schedules for urgent or unplanned maintenance needs
- Train team members on CMMS systems and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (not just administrative/scheduling)
- Strong experience using CMMS systems (please specify which systems used)
- Proven experience building or improving preventive maintenance programs
- Experience scheduling maintenance in a manufacturing/production environment
- Background in inventory, spare parts, or materials coordination
