Key Responsibilities
- Lead Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) and Clinical Engineering operations across multiple hospitals
- Serve as the primary client executive contact for a major health system
- Drive operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery (predictable, reliable, repeatable)
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies and business plans
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and risk management
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulations
- Support cybersecurity initiatives for medical equipment and systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering
- Experience in a large hospital or health system environment
- Strong client relationship management and executive leadership skills
- Proven experience in budgeting, operations, and team development
