A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Albany office. The firm represents businesses, financial institutions, developers, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial and business litigation matters across New York State and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and business litigation matters from initiation through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing a litigation strategy
- Handle discovery, including e-discovery and document review
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and execution
Required Qualifications
- 2–10 years of experience in commercial litigation or business litigation
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
- Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar (required)
