Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor laminating machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production
- Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment for optimal performance
- Measure materials accurately using rulers, tape measures, and other precision tools
- Mix, handle, and apply chemicals, adhesives, or coatings according to specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and production guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and use a ruler or tape measure accurately
- Experience working with chemicals, adhesives, or similar materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced production setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Laminator Operator, Coating Operator, or Printing Press Operator
- Familiarity with flexible packaging, film, or converting processes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
