Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough and effective legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to effectively manage cases.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 0-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery, and handling trials.
- Exceptional legal writing skills and strong oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
