What You'll Do
βοΈ Lead senior-level oversight and mentorship across construction program teams
βοΈ Provide project/construction consultation on single major programs or multiple concurrent projects
βοΈ Advise on business, technical, and personnel management across multidisciplinary teams
βοΈ Report technical quality, cost, and schedule status to the Chief, FMS
βοΈ Maintain daily progress and inspection reports; lead inspection and QA teams for project oversight
Must-Have Qualifications
β Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university (may be substituted by 14 years of directly related experience)
β 10 years of experience managing facility construction projects required for Senior level β less senior candidates also encouraged to apply
β Strong knowledge of construction documents with superior management and communication skills
β Experience with medical/healthcare facilities in the 180β250 bed range required
