Required & Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree preferred (not required)
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience using shop equipment such as drill presses, band saws, and portable power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and OEM manuals
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
