Key Responsibilities
- Execution of M&A transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence
- Preparation of marketing materials such as pitch books and management presentations
- Involvement in client meetings, strategic discussions, and deal negotiations
- Mentorship and guidance of analysts within the team
- Contribution to origination efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
- 2–5 years of Investment Banking experience (preferably in M&A or Healthcare coverage)
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Experience from an elite boutique, bulge bracket, or top middle-market firm is preferred

Salary : $185,000 - $250,000
