Key Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
- Conduct deep industry and company research across key verticals within financial services
- Assist in structuring and executing transactions, from initial evaluation through post-close portfolio management
- Work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives and value creation efforts
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, ideally within a FIG coverage group (banking, insurance, asset management, fintech, or specialty finance)
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a solid grasp of capital structure and valuation methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with comfort interfacing with senior professionals and management teams
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
