It is the responsibility of this role to oversee the day-to-day incentive compensation process within GTM Operations and ensure deliverables are provided to business partners and customers in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. Employee will regularly interface with multiple cross-functional business units at all levels of management. Duties will include working with sensitive and confidential data.

Salary Range:
USD $112,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr.

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.

Make Your Mark:
It is the responsibility of this role to oversee the day-to-day incentive compensation process within GTM Operations and ensure deliverables are provided to business partners and customers in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. Employee will regularly interface with multiple cross-functional business units at all levels of management. Duties will include working with sensitive and confidential data.
You'll Get To:
- Manage participant data in Calldius, including, but not limited to:
- Administer system updates to capture updated payee and plan information
- Coordinate with HR and business leaders to ensure all monthly updates are captured
- Assign payees to the appropriate plan and territories
- Create and assign fixed values and territories as needed
- Be primary contact for Callidus updates and lead UAT activities for GTM Operations
- Generate and provide training material to department leaders providing overview of updated plan(s) including calculators for each plan.
- Build out and manage self-help section in Kapost to provide self-service help guides for customers
- Build and manage automated reports for team attainment reports and general KPIs
- Lead ad-hoc projects as requested by GTM Management
- Provide limited supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks
- SalesForce Experience
- Experience using Callidus or Xactly
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and complex spreadsheets
- Ability to follow professional and legal protocols when working with personal information that is sensitive or confidential
- Experience supporting commissions and/or Finance, preferably in a SAAS environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid environment
