Blackline is a national commercial construction company seeking an experienced, self-driven Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. If you're a hands-on leader who knows how to run a tight job site, coordinate trades, and deliver quality work on time, we want to talk to you.
This is a 100% travel position. Project locations are throughout the United States.

What You'll Do
As the on-site leader, you'll own the jobsite from mobilization to closeout:
- Direct and supervise all subcontractors and on-site personnel daily
- Coordinate project schedules and milestones with subs and vendors to keep projects on time
- Perform quality control to confirm work conforms to plans, specs, and approved submittals
- Maintain accurate daily logs and project correspondence with the full project team
- Lead weekly and monthly update meetings with owners and design professionals
- Keep as-built drawings current
- Coordinate with local AHJ for required inspections
- Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs and foster a strong safety culture
What You Bring
- 3 years of commercial construction field management experience
- Strong working knowledge of construction documents — plans, specs, submittals, subcontracts, shop drawings
- Clear communicator — verbal, written, and electronic
- Proficiency in Outlook and Procore
- Comfortable working independently across multiple states and project types
- Professional team-oriented attitude
Compensation Package
Total compensation package is worth $115,000 – $150,000
Base Salary: $60,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience)
In addition to base salary, compensation will include $68 meal per diem, lodging, travel home every /- 6 weeks while on active projects, and 20% accelerated pay while assigned to a project. Also, a company vehicle & gas card, cell phone, laptop & iPad.
It also includes 100% company paid premiums for employee health, dental, vision, and life insurance & 401K matching.
