**What You'll Do**
- Deliver, assemble, and set up rehab and accessibility equipment (wheelchairs, hospital beds, lifts, ramps, seating systems, etc.)
- Provide clear, compassionate instruction to clients and caregivers on safe equipment use
- Support Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) and clinicians during evaluations and fittings
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure safety, comfort, and reliability
- Pick up, clean, and refurbish returned equipment following infection control procedures
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, service work, and client interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and workspace, ensuring tools and parts are ready for use
- Assist with warehouse inventory, repairs, and routine maintenance as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- **MUST HAVE:** mechanical background or experience with tools, assembly, or repair work
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment safely (up to 50 lbs.)
- Caring, respectful attitude when working with clients and families
