We’re looking for a high-caliber Concrete Repair Foreman (In Training) who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details others miss, and can represent our company professionally in front of customers.

What You’ll Do

• Safely and efficiently lift, level, and stabilize concrete
• Operate foam injection equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Run, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and work vehicles
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the project
• Provide professional recommendations to protect and improve their home
• Ensure every job is completed with precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail
• Document work accurately and communicate with the office team
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 5 days at a time) within our service area, including Wyoming
• A professional who takes ownership of their work and their crew
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job done right
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a high standard on site
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners and representing the company professionally
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Physically capable of lifting, kneeling, and working in outdoor environments
