- Supervise crews and collaborate with subcontractors and project teams
- Ensure all work meets specifications, quality standards, and inspection requirements
- Solve problems in the field and keep work moving forward
What You Bring
- 5 years of commercial construction experience with concrete focus
- Proven leadership experience (Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of concrete practices, materials, and methods
