What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all phases of concrete construction, including forming, reinforcing, placement, and finishing
- Drive job site safety and hold teams accountable to high standards
- Plan and coordinate daily work to keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Supervise crews and collaborate with subcontractors and project teams
- Ensure all work meets specifications, quality standards, and inspection requirements
- Solve problems in the field and keep work moving forward
What You Bring
- 5 years of commercial construction experience with concrete focus
- Proven leadership experience (Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of concrete practices, materials, and methods
- Ability to read plans and manage field operations with confidence
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
