- Coachable, competitive, and growth-minded
- Physically able to walk, climb, kneel, and navigate job sites
- Willing and excited to travel for extended periods during winter months
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Self-motivated and disciplined — able to manage time, follow up on opportunities, and generate additional business when needed
