We’re looking for experienced freight brokers and Account Managers who know how to develop customers, move freight, solve problems, and produce.

What You’ll Do- Develop and grow your own portfolio of customers
- Prospect and secure new business
- Price, negotiate, and manage freight from quote through delivery
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Work with our carrier network and internal resources to execute freight
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Grow your production into a business that can support additional people and resources
- Previous freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Experience prospecting and generating new business
- Understanding of freight pricing, carrier procurement, and shipment execution
- Competitive, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable being accountable for your own performance
A portable book of business is not required.
