- Conducting admission and reassessment assessments for in-home clients
- Providing nursing visits such as vital signs, medication management, diabetic nail care, and lab work
- Potential supervisory visits for caregiver services
- Educating clients on medication use
- Managing time effectively, attention to detail, and working independently
- Active RN or LPN license in Missouri
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Home care experience preferred but not required
