We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Under the supervision of Therapy Leadership, you will perform objective evaluations and deliver direct patient care, while supervising rehabilitation technicians and assisting PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts.

- Conducting objective assessments and developing personalized treatment programs
- Supervising rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants appropriately
- Ensuring care aligns with departmental policies, standards, and organizational values
- Maintaining current licensure, BLS certification, and relevant qualifications
- Current State license of Physical Therapy
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year, especially with adult and geriatric populations
- Current BLS certification
