- Develop and modify personalized treatment programs based on ongoing evaluations.
- Deliver direct therapy tailored to patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Coordinate therapy within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with overall care plans.
- Document evaluation results, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in program development and supervise clinical internships.
- CCC-SLP from ASHA or active supervised clinical fellowship with certification within one year.
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in hospital, outpatient, SNF, or home health settings.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
