Role: The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, cognition, voice, and dysphagia needs in a home setting.
Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, adjusts intervention strategies, and provides direct therapy using age-appropriate techniques. Maintains thorough documentation, communicates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and participates in program development and student supervision.
Qualifications: Must hold CCC-SLP from ASHA or be active in a supervised clinical fellowship year, or hold an active state license. Preferred experience includes 1-3 years in hospital, SNF, outpatient, or home health settings.
