Role: Registered Nurse in Medical-Surgical unit
Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and post-surgical monitoring.
Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and support safe discharge planning.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, uphold infection control standards, precept new staff, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on ongoing learning and professional growth.
