Leads and manages the State of Illinois Program 590-Crisis Care System grant, overseeing operational implementation, staff, and budget administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison with funders and ensure program compliance with policies and contractual requirements.
- Hire, supervise, and coordinate program staff; manage performance, costs, and schedules.
- Develop and maintain a "no wrong door" system of care with community partners and establish standardized data collection processes.
- Facilitate communication among team members, community providers, and stakeholders; participate in planning and collaborative sessions.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and assist with audits to ensure accurate and timely data entry and program evaluation.
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Professional Counselor license in Illinois.
- Behavioral health experience, strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, oversee data reporting, and maintain computer proficiency.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license and compliance with personal conduct requirements.
