Qualifications & Skills
Entry-level candidates with an associate degree in a relevant science field and eligibility as a medical technologist are considered. Effective communication, ability to work under pressure, creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of electronic health records and customer service is required. Preferred certifications include ASCP-MT or MLT.
