Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure required
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification required
- Preferred: Arrhythmia certification, valid driver’s license, and age 21
- Education: High School diploma/GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Deliver patient care under RN supervision, following nursing standards and processes
- Conduct routine visits and assist in developing care plans
- Implement and coordinate care, including patient education and discharge planning
- Perform clinical procedures such as phlebotomy, injections, and medication administration
- Manage supplies and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
