We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx.

Shifts available: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11AM, 11PM-7AM, with a 10% shift differential for evening and overnight shifts.

Key Duties Include

  • Collecting admission information from new residents
  • Recording residents' health details, vital signs, and temperature
  • Administering medications and injections
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
  • Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
  • Monitoring food and liquid intake and output

Qualifications And Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Good standing with the State Registry
