Role: The Clinical Supervisor ensures safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by leading and mentoring healthcare staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes, manage patient flow, and ensure proper staffing. They promote a shared vision, model professional standards, and foster a positive work environment through recognition and servant leadership. The supervisor holds staff accountable to policies and regulatory guidelines and participates in performance evaluations in partnership with the Clinical Manager.
Qualifications: Requires a graduate of an accredited Nursing program, current RN license, and 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience. Certifications such as AHA Healthcare Provider card, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS are necessary or to be completed during probation. Skills include excellent communication, clinical competence, data assessment, and leadership abilities.
