As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight for the Med Surg team, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. In this role, you will oversee nursing operations, coordinate patient care and staffing needs, and serve as a mentor and coach to nursing staff. You will foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered environment while partnering with physicians, leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational processes. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for monitoring quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting staff development and accountability, and assisting with performance management. This leader also plays a key role in patient flow, bed management, and resource utilization while promoting employee engagement, shared governance, and a culture of excellence throughout the unit.Position Details:

10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs
with at least 1 year of experience
NO CONTRACT
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
Current RN license in the state of practice
3–5 years of hospital nursing experience
American Heart Association BLS (or obtained during probationary period)
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Advanced certifications such as TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS
