Black Label Marine Group is looking for a reliable, professional Dock Hand to join our team. We are a high-end marine dealership and marina focused on delivering a first-class experience to our customers, and we need someone who takes pride in their work and represents our brand well on the docks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys working on the water, being around premium boats, and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with docking, launching, and loading/unloading vessels
- Safely fuel boats and follow all marina safety procedures
- Ensure all vessels are secured properly and docks remain organized
- Maintain cleanliness of docks, slips, and surrounding marina areas
- Assist with basic boat prep, washdowns, and light detailing
- Support service and sales teams as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Provide a professional, courteous experience to all customers and guests

- Ability to work outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working around high-value boats and equipment
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Must be available weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience:
- Previous marina or boating experience
- Basic knowledge of docking procedures and boat handling
- Experience in customer-facing roles
