Black Label Marine Group is seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk / Cashier to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to delivering the high-end experience our brand is known for—both in person and over the phone. We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, and takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle all point-of-sale transactions accurately (parts, service, accessories)
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Coordinate with service and parts departments to support daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and showroom area
- Assist with invoicing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Black Label standard
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and reliable with cash handling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system experience
- Team player willing to support multiple departments
Preferred Experience:
- Previous cashier, front desk, or administrative experience
- Marine or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
