Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and performance-driven Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist to join our growing team. This entry-level position includes structured training, clear performance expectations, and uncapped bonus potential for individuals who are driven to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule services accurately and efficiently
• Support field technicians with coordination and documentation
• Identify opportunities to introduce new services or upgrade existing services when appropriate
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to productivity and bookings
• Represent the Black Diamond brand positively on every call
