Duties
- Organize bills and expenses
- Make phone calls to vendors as needed
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Perparing communication such as emails, invoices, or reports
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping
- Performing data entry and analysis
- Process and study through office reports
Skills
- Decision-making skills to work autonomously and manage specific tasks
- Communication and collaboration skills to support personnel and management
- Familiarity with data entry software such as excel
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
